For many years, I have been making shoulder bags, handbags, and backpacks from furniture industry scraps. <\/span>Among the remnants there are always woolen fabrics and woolen felt fabrics. Wool is my <\/span>very valuable material for, therefore no residues containing wool have been raked <\/span>to be used for sale. In this way, a large amount of wool industrial waste has accumulated <\/span>and I decided to use them as the main material for the collection. If you pull <\/span>parallels between metals and fabric fibers, then for me silk is equal to gold and wool <\/span>with silver. This is how the title of my collection could be written. The collection <\/span>The models are inspired by recycling, folk costume skirts, jewelry and <\/span>about being unique. Folk costume skirts are powerful, colorful things for me. <\/span>Works woven on axes. Harmony of colors, horizontal and vertical stripes, <\/span>pleating and crafts are a common theme in my collection. I am also always <\/span>I am fascinated by jewelry, which I will use again this time, but in my own way.<\/span>The collection consists mainly of wool fabrics for the furniture industry and wool felt fabrics.<\/span> For many years I have been making shoulder, arm and <\/span>backpacks, which always include wool fabrics and wool felt fabrics. I have also collected a lot of wool <\/span>sweaters that I can use as details in the collection.<\/span>The collection is made from furniture industry waste, so it is a sustainable product.<\/span> mindset. I am also a very big collector and planner. I have consciously collected my <\/span>valuable fabric scraps containing wool for the collection, so that there is no waste when creating the collection <\/span>lack of material for realizing ideas. Why should <\/span>then take valuable wool material to the landfill?<\/span>The collection is not designed to be a mass-market product and worn by the masses. The models are <\/span>created and produced as unique pieces for the OmaMood fashion show. The clothes are <\/span>wearable and inspired by the skirts and adornments of folk costumes. The clothes are full of character <\/span>and designed for those who are not afraid to be unique.<\/span>As a designer, I am always looking for new solutions. I am not so much interested in fashion trends. <\/span>going along, rather than interpreting and finding harmony between the new and the old, <\/span>hoping that my creations will become timeless garments. By organizing exhibitions and fashion shows <\/span>I also exhibit works from over ten years ago and I realize again that people find older works fresh and novel. Finding completely new solutions <\/span>seems almost impossible these days, but I have invented my own techniques and <\/span>ways of expression to “write down” thoughts and convey them in my own way. In this way, I have <\/span>invented the glove lettering technique, or pixel technique, which began with the use of glove lettering on clothing and fabric, felt, and buttons for making brooch motifs,<\/span> which was inspired by the powerful Setu jewelry. What motivates me the most is <\/span>Customer and viewer satisfaction gives me confidence that I’m doing the right thing.<\/span><\/p> \n
